HTTP Header Check

Send one request to a host and read the response headers. Choose the WebSocket option to test whether a path accepts an upgrade, as an injector does.

About this service

About the header check

Sends a single request to a host and shows the status line and response headers. The WebSocket option sends an upgrade request the way an injector does: a 101 answer means the path accepts WebSocket.

  • Transport. HTTP or HTTPS straight to the resolved address, with the host name sent as Host and SNI.
  • Apps. Paste a full URL such as https://example.com/ws, or just a host and set the port.
  • Good to know. Only the headers are read; the page body is not downloaded. Redirects are shown, not followed.
