1 Acceptance of these terms

By creating or using an account, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use the service for a company or a group, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2 Our services

SSHSUPER provides tunnelling accounts so you can connect privately and securely. Depending on the server this includes:

  • SSH WS & OpenVPN Private
  • SSH WS & OpenVPN Sharing
  • SSH WS CDN (through Cloudflare or CloudFront)
  • V2Ray / Xray, Trojan, Shadowsocks, WireGuard, L2TP/IPsec & SSTP and NoobzVPN

Free accounts are created on this website. Premium accounts are bought in the VIP panel. The services are tools for lawful use only. We do not promise that a given app, protocol or network will work with a given server.

3 Account types and limits

Each server card shows the limits that apply to it. In general:

  • Private: one account is for you only, with up to 2 simultaneous sessions.
  • Sharing: one account may be used by several people at once, up to the maximum number of simultaneous sessions shown on the server.
  • CDN: 1 account = 1 device. A second simultaneous login disconnects all sessions of that account, and repeated violations (3 by default) delete the account.
  • Data quota (CDN): every CDN account has a data quota, 50 GB by default and shown on the server card. When it is used up the account is locked until it expires. Both upload and download count.
  • Other protocols: the limits shown at creation apply.

4 Daily limit, validity and expiry

  • Each server can create a limited number of accounts per day. The counter resets every day at 00:00 (GMT+7). When it is reached the server shows Server full: try another server or another service.
  • The validity period is shown when you create the account. When it ends the account is deleted automatically and cannot be recovered.
  • Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred. Write down your username and password: we cannot look up a lost password.

5 Acceptable use

You may browse, stream, download, upload and use apps through the service. You may not:

  • Use torrent or other P2P file sharing.
  • Run or take part in DDoS, flooding or any attack on a network, server or person.
  • Hack, break into, scan ports, brute force or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Send spam or bulk messages, or run phishing, carding, scams, fraud or impersonation.
  • Send, host or access illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment or hateful material.
  • Infringe copyright or other rights of others.
  • Run open proxies, relays or exit nodes, or resell or share the connection with people outside the account rules.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run heavy automated bots that use up shared resources.
  • Get around limits, for example with many accounts, by editing configurations to avoid the session limit or the data quota, or by hiding abuse.
  • Help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

The list is not complete. Anything that harms the servers, other users or third parties can be treated as a violation.

6 Your account and its security

  • You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • Keep your username and password private. Do not publish, repost or resell private accounts: reposted accounts are deleted.
  • Sharing accounts are meant for use by several people, within the session limit of that server.
  • Tell us if you think your account was misused.

7 Fair use and performance

Servers are shared. Speed depends on your network, the distance to the server and how busy it is, so we cannot promise a specific speed. To keep the service fair we may slow down or limit connections or accounts that use an unreasonable share of the server, especially at peak times.

8 Enforcement

If we find or suspect a violation we may, without notice and at our discretion:

  • disconnect sessions, lock or delete the account;
  • block an IP address or refuse future accounts;
  • remove access to a server or a service.

Session limits and data quotas are enforced automatically by the servers. We are not obliged to investigate, but we may do so when we learn of a possible violation. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities and share the information the law requires. Accounts closed for violations are not refunded.

9 Privacy and logs

We do not inspect or store the content of your traffic. To run and protect the service we keep minimal technical records: the username, the time and number of connections, the amount of data used (for data quotas) and the source IP address, for as long as needed to apply limits and handle abuse reports or legal requests. See the Privacy Policy for details.

10 Availability and changes to servers

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It can be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, provider outages or network blocking.
  • We may add, move, replace or retire servers at any time. Accounts on a retired server end with it.
  • We do not guarantee that any app, protocol, operator or network will work, and we are not responsible for configurations you edit. Setup help is given when we can, but it is not guaranteed.

11 Payments and refunds (premium)

Free accounts cost nothing. Premium accounts and balance top-ups in the VIP panel follow the price and validity shown when you buy. Purchases are final once an account has been created and are not paid back in cash. If a paid account does not work because of a problem on our side, we may, at our discretion, create it again, extend its validity or credit your balance. Accounts closed for violations are not refunded.

12 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

You use the service at your own discretion and risk. We give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. To the extent the law allows, SSHSUPER is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using or not being able to use the service, including lost data, lost profit, blocking by third parties or the results of your own actions. Your only remedy if you are not satisfied is to stop using the service. You agree to cover claims that arise from your own violation of these terms.

13 Website content

The content, design and server information on this website belong to SSHSUPER. Do not copy, scrape or republish them without permission. Content copied to other websites may be reported to search engines and under the DMCA.

14 Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published here, with the date at the top. If you keep using the service afterwards you accept the update.
